my girl friends car has been running crappy for bout 6 or so months and today I checked the spark plugs and they are covered in oil wat should I do to fix it?

Oil on the spark plugs indicates failing piston rings or valve seals or both. Try a hotter spark plug - to burn the oil off -- but in time the engine will need to be rebuilt.
