1996 Ford Escort overheating due to fan not coming on

I have replaced the ECT sensor and tested the fan(which is working on both speeds). What else can I replace to correct this problem? Had a new radiator installed about 3 months ago due to a leak.

Have you checked the relay?There are 2 relays on the fender wall behind the air cleaner assy. Remove the assy to access them then check them to see if they are working correctly if so the computer has to be replaced.
