Wont shift into reverse. Itll go into 5th but the gears wont mate they just grind. I already checked the linkages and they are all fine

Does clutch feel normal or low?

The clutch feels a little low but I don't have a problem with any of the other gears

If the linkage is fine just prob with reverse this could be a reverse syncronizer or the clutch. But to repair either the trans has to come out
