My car Idies up and down while in park. Even when I turn my headlights on my car revs up. The other day it wouldnt start replaced battery. When we jump the car everything is fine. But its not the battery what could it be?

Have your alternator load tested and report back with the reading. With the alternator not working properly. The engine management system is not effective.
