Tail light cover

Hi I have 2003 Ford escape 40,000 miles. I think a 6 something engine. With a hatch back.
????? How do you remove the red & amber cover over the tail light???l

Not familair with that car but if you don't seeany srews on the outside you problely have to remove from trunk. should be able to see it from inside trunk.
