I'm getting both error codes for misfire on 5 and 6. I believe the misfires happen around 40 mph. The van shudders around that speed. I've had a complete tune up done on the ignition system. What else could be causing the error codes.

Check 5/6 sparkplugs, compression and injector

Misfires can be caused by worn or fouled spark plugs, a weak spark (weak coil, bad spark plug wire), loss of compression, vacuum leaks, anything that causes an unusually lean fuel mixture (lean misfire), an EGR valve that is stuck open, dirty fuel injectors, low fuel pressure, or even bad fuel.

Plugs are fine and compression is good. How do I check the injectors? Thanks.

Check the fuel injectors resistances and do a fuel pressure drop on each injector
