1997 Ford E-Series Van no heat

I replaced the termoastat flushed the coolant upper radiator hose gets hot lower hose is cold heater core getting hot coolant but still no hot air through the vents

Hi:
Does the engine run at a normal operating temp? Also, it's unusual that the lower rad hose stays cool. It should be hotter than the top. Coolant works it's way up through the radiator to cool. If it dropped down, it wouldn't have time to cool before going back into the engine.

Are both heater core lines getting hot and does the engine run at a normal operating temp (around 200 degrees)?

Found proble, blend door is stripped out, so the actuator moves as it should but but door does not open or close. Simple issue I overlooked. Ordered new blend door an drew will have proper heat soon, as for now I have the door propped open which Work's until my door comes in he mail!

Step 1 - A heater cannot operate unless the engine is full of coolant/antifreeze. If coolant level is low check the system for leaks.
