1993 Ford E-Series Van Steering box broken off

Steering problem
1993 Ford E-Series Van V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

The frame is rusty only at the steering box one bolt rusted through the other 2 broke. Can it be fixed and how?

It can be fixed if you can find a good welder and good metal to weld to. It will require renforcing that section of frame and maybe boxing it in just depends on the break and how bad the frame is.
