No it not okay-Check the oil pressure with a mechanical gauge, if normal replace the oil pressure. If abnormal could mean oil pump and engine bearing.

Thanks but what is a mechanical gage? Also replace the oil pressure what? Your statment did not say.

A pressure gauge that can measure over 80psi and might want to replace the oil pressure switch for a start-your shot
