My check engine light had been on because the O2 sensors were bad, however recently the light blinked for a few seconds and hasn't but the light is still on and the car has been vibrating or trembling while idle sometimes while accelerating uphill. A local autozone also got a reading of a cylinder misfiring.

Since you have a code for a cylinder misfire, I would replace all plugs and the coil boots on the misfiring cylinders. The boots are 8 to 10 dollars. Plugs are 3 to 5 dollars for the platinum tipped plugs. The coils may be going bad also. The coils vary by manufacturer. From 40 to 90 dollars.
