You have verified fuel pressure is correct and then used a noid light to verify the injectors arent working?Do you have power at the injectors?

Check for power at the EEC relay Orange/black wire.If you have power there then there is a wiring issue between there and the injectors.Mitchell doesnt show any fuses for that circuit, but I would check every fuse with a test light anyway, these wiing diagrams arent always 100% accurate. All of the red wires are powered from the same source.
