Defrost are blowing but not hard and rear defrost switch light keeps turning of and not helping window in rear have to keep playing with it whats the problem could you give me a few pointers please would make a donation but money tight

Sounds like there may be a blockage in the defroster vents or the blend doors are partially stuck open allowing air to be directed to another outlet. On the rear defroster, check the relay first. Then check the switch.
