1999 Ford Contour Engine Code P1860

I have a 99 Ford Contour SE. The check engine light came on today and I took it to the local auto shop and had them put it on the machine to check the code. The code came up as P1860 but they couldn't determine what the code was referring to. Can you please helP.

Its a tranny code s
have the TCM checked for codes
OBDII reader will not read tranny codes you need a scanner to do so
possible TCC PWM solenoid circuit

need manual CHECK IT @
