1996 Ford Contour engine sluggish and stalls

This car is very sluggish and stop and go traffic and if you try to drive normal the car will die you have to full throttle the pedal to get the car going I have changed the fuel pump, fuel filter, oxygen sensors, tps and I am not sure where else to go

Check timing
check exhaust system and catalytic converter
check spark and coil for a good strong and blue spark

need manual CHECK IT @
