I have been worken on my bronco for the last 3weeks. What has happen I jump imto my truck and started up and it shut off. I heard the fuel pump kick on and off between 2-5 seconds evertime then stop worken. I replace relay, fuel pump and fuel filter, no luck. I have also tested the wires that goes back to the pump all check out. Still have no fuel pressure. I tried to jump the DLC to check the computer and no response. I check for spark and I have no spark. Im taking a leap of faith that my ecm has my went out?

I checked Fuses they were ok. I did went and change the EEC-IV from the junk yard. EEC-IV came out of a F150 1992 2wd. When I installed it the motor fired up but now when I put it into over drive it is acting like its trying to start off in 4th or 3. I place it in 1st, 2nd started off good and so did reverse. I noice the over drive butten wasnt lighting up or switching. Before everthing worked fine untill the EEC-IV went out. The transmission is also a E4OD. Now I took a step further and unplug the transmission sensor and tried that, to see if it would acted different and it didnt. Now could it be that the sensor went bad or the EEC-IV not compatible with the sensor? I am not sure, im taking a guess.
