1990 Ford Bronco runs really rough

I just got this bronco from a neighbor and it wasn't running but I got it to but now it runs really rough and the motor shakes really bad when idling and it backfires alot when driving it and has no power. I think that the spark plug wires might be off so I was wondering if you could give me a diagram of that for a 5.0 and any other guesses from you as to what it might be would be welcome, oh and after it is reved at 2000rpm for a minute the catilac converter starts glowing and I was wondering what might cause that. Thanks

Firing order is 1 5 4 2 6 3 7 8, in a counter-clockwise rotation
Cylinders are numbered 1 2 3 4 pass side and 5 6 7 8 drivers side
Number one should be marked on the cap. You might have a stuck injector, seen that before when something sits for a long time
