1993 Ford Aerostar passanger side exhaust manifold is cold

Engine Performance problem
1993 Ford Aerostar 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

Vehicle runs poorly, yet idles good for roughly 2-3min. And passanger side manifold is cold to the touch
and has poor acceleration, it takes a long time to gain speed. What could be the cause of my problem, with my cold manifold situation?

If the left side exhaust manifold is cool, the cylenders can't be firing; thus, no power and very poor running conditions. Remove one of the spark plugs and let me know what it looks like.
