1993 Ford Aerostar 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

Hi I have a question I have a aerostar 3.0L with distributor, it and cranks but wont star, and doesnot have any spark, I cheked the distributor, ignition module, ign. Coil, but nothing works, the only sensor I have left is the cam sensor but I cannot finded. Would you tell me where is located?
i have notice something, the ign. Coil, when have the electrical conection conected there in no readings (12 volts DC) but when I unpluge the electrical conector from tue ign. Coil, there is a reding (12 VOLTS DC) YOUR HELP WILL BE GRATELY APPRECIATED THANKS. RUBEN.

No cam sensor but crank is on left side engine below alternator.
Is there spark to plugs?
Spark from coli wire?

No there is no spark going to plugs from ign. Coil. Thanks
