Fix or sell?

My car need the following work for just under $2500:
$610 for Shift solenoid needs replacing
$935 for Fromt and Back Break pads and Rotors
$920 to replace Control Arms
NOT INClUDING:
The ac goes out, the USB port 12v AUX doesn’t work and the face plate is broke for the USB, the temperature gauge displays the wrong temperature most of the time.
KBB values private at $2700 and no trade in value with these issues. Fix or replace with 2013 Kia Optima 111,028 miles for $5000 which I have cash for?

Hi,

That is a good question without seeing the vehicle. It sounds like the Nissan may be getting tired. LOL As far as the repairs, the prices are extremely high. Have you gotten a second opinion? 900+ dollars for brakes and rotors is expensive. What is being replaced as far as the control arms?

As far as the brakes and rotors, I could help you through that process as well as the control arms. We should be able to do both for under 700 if you do the work. Also, I would need to know which solenoid needs to be replaced in the transmission, but in most cases, which isn't too difficult either.
