1998 Other Fiat Models Dirty spark plug

I have a 1998 model fiat UNO. Clked 76000KM.
From last few months I have observed that the spark plug gets dirty frequently. There is starting problem also specially at the morning time when the engine is cold. But once the engine is heated up it gives a very smooth and good pickup. The engine oil also gets black within 1500KMS.
