I replaced the MAF sensor air filter and cleaned the throttle body. I drilled some holes in the air box on the bottom. That's when the codes came up on my obd2 reader. will covering up the holes in the air box fix it?

These codes are all for the air intake charge sensor and the air humidity sensor, and then correlation codes between the two. Yes, I would cover up the hole in the airbox and clear the codes to see what happens. Also clean out any water or debris in the airbox.
