Fast idle screw removal

Does anyone know how to remove the fast idle screw on the car listed above lxi? It's on the throttle body. I figure out why it's so loose, but i'm not sure if I can just unscrew in out or not. I'm thinking something might be holding it. Car is fuel injected, 4 speed automatic.

Good morning,

There is no high idle screw on the throttle body.

Can you upload a picture of the screw for me to see?
