Fan belts run excessively fast

My car's fan belts run excessively fast while driving, idling and longer than usual after turning off. Someone suggested a coolant flush?

Hello, I am Danny.

Can you take a video of the belts running too fast with your phone and upload here? Having a coolant flush for that does not make any sense. Hope this helps and thanks for using 2CarPros.
