Every time I open door or trunk alarm starts

I put in new battery last week when I hooked up positive cable alarm started now its going off as soon as I open door I start car it goes off

The alarm would reset by default when the power is interrupted. If you have a clicker, shut it off that way. If not, try locking all the doors and unlocking with the key in the driver's door. If it's an aftermarket system, look for a valet switch.

You probably have some sort of aftermarket system then and you will have to get with the people that install those to find out how that particular brand works.
