Engine vibrates or jerks while in motion

Hello,

I noticed that this car occasionally vibrates and tends to off while in motion.

After replacing the plugs, servicing the injector nozzles as well as cleaning the fuel tank it stopped for a while as it were, but now it has started again though not as severe as it was before.

Right now the engine vibrates while steaming and the jerks occasionally while on motion.

Check that fuel pump and see if it meets pressure and deliver standards, and replace the main and fuel pump relays

The mechanic has tested the fuel pump and confirmed it ok. Is there any other way of testing the fuel pump?

Check for a vacuum leak and try cleaning throttle plate on both sides and iac hole with choke cleaner.

How do you check for a vacuum leak. Where is the throttle plate and how do you clean it.
