Engine overheating

My car recently overheated. The heater was not working 'no hot air coming out'. Then the radiator cracked and was leaking and I replaced with a new one. I recently replaced a thermostat, and only discovered that the cooling fan is not responding.

We have no information on this car, but what I am sending may be very similar to what you have. Check all items in picture which are relays and fuses normally under-hood. This is from an Altima here in USA. It may be a bad CPU which will have to be scanned for codes.
