Engine oil type and how much to fill with filter

I have polo 2006 mk4 1.4 I dont have manual of car bcz I bought it yesterday I want change oil for it I want know type of oil and how much to fill with new filter some sites tell 5w30 other 5w40 and I saw 10w30 I am confused because I know the factory recommend certain type but I don't know what is it?

Hello,

This VW Polo 1.4L has a oil capacity of 3.2 littler for the standard engine and 3.5 littler for the FSI engine.

The recommended oil is 5W-30.
