Engine not getting comprssion

1999 PONTIAC SUNFIRE
180,000 MILES • 2.2L • 4 CYL • FWD • AUTOMATIC

The engine turns over but there is no compression as if timing is out but I have replaced the timing chain tensor gears and replaced cam sensor. I am stumped as what to look at next.

check timing chain for being aligned properly if overhead cam you bent valves if not then still sounds out of time.
