Engine mount wear?

Do these look bad? Nothing is leaking from them and moving them they are sturdy, not sure if they been replaced before, but i think most Hondas engine mounts look like this with the weight on them.

Thanks for the images, it helps, if the mounts are not leaking you are okay, I think I see a little seepage around the base of the mount can you inspect the mount further to confirm if so, the mount should be replaced, here are the instructions in the images below. It looks like you are supposed to replace the mounting bolts along with the mount FYI.
