Engine knock

My engine started making knocking or rattling noise when I gave it for a general service. When I asked the mechanics about the problem they were not responding. And then I showed it to another mechanic who made engine oil and filter change the noise became worse. Don't understand who to trust. Suggest me some idea.

What services were done by the first shop? Also, can you record the noise and upload it for me to hear? A knock or rattle can be multiple things, but I'm not sure why an oil change would have made it worse. I need to hear it.
