Can I use a 2009 5.7 hemi in my 2007 ram 1500? it has a bad engine.

Unfortunately the only model years that are interchangeable with your 2007 are 2006 and 2008. Car-part.com is a great source of used/salvage part information and availability. Hope this helps.
