Engine noise

When heating up my car it sounds like an owl under hood and when my radio on axcill it I hear a whining noise.

Check for a noisy accessory drive bearing, pull the belt off and run the engine to see if the noise has gone. if so check all bearings for noise. start here. do not drive with no belt, just run for a minute or so to listen for noise.
