Electrical power shut down

When I turn on my blinker my jeep shuts off and it will not start for a while. My lights will still turn on, but my dash board and my radio will not turn on and I cannot start my jeep. Please help.

Fuse 2 under hood powers starter relay and stop lamp switch it is a pink/black wire then pink/blue I think to stop lamp see if that wire is grounding out on something. Then check hazard flasher under dash left hand side. The radio may need a ground wire leading to it also check ground wire at left hand kick panel.
