Can't get one of those plugs undone.

Good afternoon,
They are very tight.
They have a lock and once you release it, it should separate. If it does not, then you will need a second hand to wiggle and pull on the connector.
Sometimes, using a screw driver to assist the removal will help by trying to spread the plastic on the connector.
