After replacing the IAC and driving the for about two weeks, it began to idle very rough, (down to 200 rpm) but not stalling.
I rechecked the IAC and timing. They tested good. No codes present. I am leaning towards the EGR valve. How can I test it with a multi-meter?

Is this what you need?

I had to make two screenshots in "Prodemand" to get it all.

Click on the two diagrams below.
