Cannot open the doors using the driver and passenger side controls or even the key fob

Hey everyone,
I have a serious problems with my doors. I can use the hard key to open and close them . Can someone help please?

Sounds like the MICU is failed. Take a look at the wiring diagram and testing for the inputs to the MICU. However, if the power locks will not work on either door, this is what they have in common.
