1996 Dodge Van coolant in engine oil

Have coolant in the oil; milkshake, pressurised cooling system, can hear it escaping, have 140-145 lbs compression in all 8 cylinders. Considering; intake gasket, timing cover told they rot out NOT sure where to begin

Perform a compression test to see if its headgasket related or intake manifold gasket related.

I already did that and it is 140-145 all cylinders

You have no moisture anywhere that you can see a visible leak? I would start with intake manifold gasket. Less of a bear to replace then the timing cover gasket.
