1997 Dodge Truck misfire under load

The truck idles fine, but under load it misfires and will shake and shimmy. If I turn the over drive off it clears up for a moment but begins to misfire worse. I put it on a code reader and it said misfire with these codes 300, 301, 308, 441. Whats up?

Sounds like ignition. HAve you ever tuned it up? I would start there with OEM parts. Remember, cheaper parts are exactly that. 3 of your codes are for misfires. Tune it up, have the codes cleared and see what comes back if anything
