( unless the headlights are on ) then it blows out pure cold air. Turn off the lights, and bam. Back to hot air again? Please help.

Hello, I have a stumper for you guys. The above mentioned car works perfect in every way. The heater even works fine blowing out strong HOT air.
( unless the headlights are on ) then it blows out pure cold air. Turn off the lights, and bam. Back to hot air again? Please help.
