2004 Dodge Stratus o2 sensor

my car is dieing out in park at idle speed.. it either dies out or studders when put in reverse or drive when i have my climate control on.. is it that maybe my o2 sensor is bad or what could be the problem if it is the oxygen sensor how many is there on the 2.4L 16 valve DOHC?

do you have check engine light on?
O2 sensor will not cause the stalling
check for a vacuum leak
idle problem
