When I would hit the gas on my 04 stratus it would start jerking. I would be almost at 15 mph and the rpm's where at 5000 then it would just start running fine. My engine light is was on and the trouble codes suggested I changed the mass air flow sensor, throttle position sensor and the map sensor. The only one I replaced was the TP sensor and my car was running fine. I disconnected the negative cable on my battery for 30 seconds to get rid of the engine light. Ever since my car keeps cutting off I can still drive it but when I come to a complete stop it cuts off I would have to put it in neutral and hit the gas and brakes to keep it on. Could it be the computer? If so where is it located on my car?

Your computer is under the hood, though I highly doubt that it is your computer. Try cleaning your MAF sensor. Use anything similar to this.

Also check if you have any vacuum lines that are unplugged.
