I would suggest just a simple drain and refill, on have it flushed if you are experiencing shifting issues.

What are the issures with having it flushed, is it a shifting problem. When getting onto the highway and when I press the gas pedal down, iit seems like theres no power and the rpms reach around 3-4,000 before going into a new gear

If they losen anything up, or move a piece of something to the wrong spot it may damage the tranny. If you have shifting issues then there is most likely something already damaged internally but flushing would be the easiest and least expensive to try before having tranny torn apart and diagnosed.

Just my opinion, it's always been a debate wether or not to flush a tranny.
