Welcome to the forum, I'd have to make sure the battery has a full charge. Use a digital voltmeter across the battery posts, everything turned off, 12.6 volts is considered a full charge. Turn the key to crank, the voltage reading should drop below 10 volts, some specs say 9, in that general area. If it turns out the battery is down, take it off and get it charged. It is almost getting to the point that jumper cables can cause problems, electronic circuits don't like voltage spikes.
