I have noticed in the past few weeks whenever I go over a speed bump, or I turn the wheel to the left or right at slow speeds, I hear a squealing or squeaking noise. My car does not shimmy or shake while driving, it's just when I turn, when it goes over bumps, and it does it sometimes under braking (although I just got my brakes replaced within the last 10 months).

Most Cloud cars (Stratus, Cirrus, Breeze) I know have the same squeaky noise. It is a combination of worn bushings, motor mounts, and/or struts. Over time, they wore out and need replacing.

It took me two years to finally pinpoint the squeaky problem on my Cirrus, after replacing both struts, both lower control arms, all sway bar links and bushings, and all engine/trans mounts. It was the bushings on the upper control arms.
