1998 Dodge Stratus timing belt tensioner

I am looking for a car part to fix my car. It is the timing belt tensioner.
The car is a 1998 Dodge Stratus 2.4 liter dohc. I am not sure if it is important that it is automatic transmission and 4 door. Probably one of the most important parts of information is that this part is mechanical, NOT hydraulic. We can find the hydraulic one. I am still having a problem with Chrysler just deciding that they no longer needed to make the part. I know for certain that we are not the only ones looking for it Any suggestions on finding one or oto use someting else?
