Electrical problem
1996 Dodge Stratus 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 107052 miles

I recently have been having troubles with my stratus.
The engine seemed to loose power one day after a short (4 seconds or so) period of hard acceleration. It felt like the car was just sitting in 2nd gear now matter how much you pressed on the gas. It drove like this for about 5 min untill I got it home. It started right up the next time I tried however the boggyness continued and shortly after the car died.

Since this happened, I've replaced Plugs, Wires, Coipack, Battery, and the Throttle Position Sensor. I've also cleaned the throttle body.

The Symptoms continue, it ran well for about 10 min after replacing the TPS but shortly after went back to its previous state.

Other symptoms:
When able to start
Misfires, backfires (very seldom these two), low idle, have to pump the gas to keep alive, even when alive it wont go above 2500 rpm.

When it was running I cleared the PCM but did have the following codes:

p0120
po123

I'm pretty sure if I hooked up a scan tool to it again i'd get the same codes

Anywhere I should start on this one? I fear a new ECM is what i'll need.
