2004 dodge ram with 20" wheels. pulls to right significantly and has recently started shaking while in motion. Thumping sound can be heard as if a tire is flat but all are properly inflated. Has become progressively worse over last several days

inspect tires very well could be a belt shift issue or a bubble in tire,bent rim,out of balance,or wheel bearing or front end issue,i would inspect the front end very good and check over tires.especially r/f tire.
