2004 dodge ram with 20" wheels. Pulls to right significantly and has recently started shaking while in motion. Thumping sound can be heard as if a tire is flat but all are properly inflated. Has become progressively worse over last several days

Inspect tires very well could be a belt shift issue or a bubble in tire, bent rim, out of balance, or wheel bearing or front end issue, I would inspect the front end very good and check over tires. Especially r/f tire.
