To cut the story short. I replaced my spark plugs and wires. After replacing the plugs I noticed a bit of hesitation then just bad performance. After a few minutes of driving the truck it felt like it was misfiring, Then check engine light came on and started flashing. Now I havent checed the DTC yet. I rechecked to make sure if I had the plugs in the right order and all was done correct. Now when I went further to diagnose the issue. I notice the spark plugs I used where not the ones recommended by the manufacture. Instead I used BOSH Platinum plus (4030) which does indicate is for my make and model and engine size. But when I put then side by side the bosh platinums looks slightly shorter then the champions (the ones recommended by the manufacturer).

Now I know I pretty much answered my own question. But has anyone ever had this problem with a dodge ram? From using a different brand spark plugs other then whats recommended.

You answered your own question for sure
check engine light on and flashing
is an indication of misfire to a point of damaging the catalyst and truck should not be driven in this condition
I would replace spark plugs and coil too
good luck
let me know

If it ran fine before. The common mistake is to have two plug wires crossed. It will kick the exact code you said good luck
