I have checked my blower motor, it works fine at all speeds! I can be driving down the road and the volume of air will go from strong to very little even though I havent change a setting? Is there a electronic or vaccum controller door that might be sticking? If so where is it at, for I am not afraid to pull the dash, I have done so to change heater core! By the way this started before I changed the heater core so it wasnt something I did to it in the process of removal or assembly. I have checked the blower motor and it appears to change speeds.

I have checked the blower motor and it appears to change speeds, you can even here it when the a/c or heat is working correctly. It doesnt seem to change speeds when the problem happens, it still sounds like it is running at full speed when it does happen, but sometimes it seems to not change modes when different ones are selected, is it possibly the control or is it possibly a door closing during operation? It seems that the control looses vacuum or something?

I have been having the same problem with my dodge. I have replaced the one way vaccume valve and it is still acting up. This seems only to happen when you accelerate and resumes blowing when you let off the gas.
