Truck won't start, when turning the ignition it turns over but doesn't seem like it is getting any fuel. Can smell gas, the fuel pump sounds like it is engaging.

Hello, have you tried to check codes on this vehicle. If the truck has a digital odometer, you might be able to get some codes by cycling the ignition switch, on--off, on--off, on.

You just turn the key till the dash lites come on, no crank. Watch the odometer.

If you have done a lot of cranking and the injectors are pulsing, the engine may be flooded, plugs contaminated. You can use known good plugs or spark tester, check for spark.

Thank you for the response - was working fine yesterday. Tried starting up this morning and ignition turns over started spitting and sputtering but now ignition just turns over but not sounding like any gas being moved. Again can hear fuel pump sounds when turning on ignition but not starting. Will check spark plugs for flooding. Any other thoughts if that doesn't turn out to be the case?
